Incident Management & Support
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and mitigate Power Pages production and non-production incidents.
• Own Sev3 and Sev4 incidents from acknowledgment to closure.
• Perform root cause analysis and document findings.
• Coordinate with engineering, CSS, and operations teams during critical incidents.
• Ensure SLA compliance for incident response and mitigation activities.
• Monitor Auto Alerts, identify recurring trends, and recommend preventive actions to improve service stability.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident bridges Need US citizens who can request Escort support for Fairfax , clearance to use SAW, have AME accounts to create escort request for Fairfax etc.
