• Drive strategic programs and work streams to transform the spare parts supply chain for Microsoft cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and communicate vision and future-state process and systems roadmaps with clear business impact, success metrics, and KPIs.
• Program-manage deployment and adoption of new capabilities, including change management to maintain alignment.
• Partner with business and engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize work, set delivery schedules, and plan resources.
• Define program scope, schedules, issues, and risks; conduct program status reviews with stakeholders and leadership.
  
  Cultivate and influence strategic relationships globally across technical and non-technical decision-makers.
• Employ AI technologies to improve personal productivity and drive business outcomes.
• Perform data analysis and visualization using SQL, Power BI, and Excel.

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain processes, OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field AND 6+ years of experience, OR equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft and customer security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire and periodically thereafter.

• Hands-on experience with supply chain transformation strategies, digital transformation, process reengineering, or major systems deployments.
• Understanding of process engineering and the software development lifecycle, including gathering and defining business and functional requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience creating executive-level communications.
• Demonstrated ability to influence diverse technical and non-technical groups in a matrixed organization.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies such as Copilot and Vibe Coding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft M365 applications, Visio, MS Project, SQL, Power BI, and Excel; SAP proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of supply chain management, demand & supply planning, procurement processes, and hardware service models.
• Training or certification in Lean/Six-Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, CPIM/CSCP;
  Program Management and/or Change Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prosci) is desirable.

• Typical base pay range across the U.S.: USD 116, per year. A different range applies for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area (USD 148, per year).
