The Player and Data Insights team is seeking a Marketing Analytics Lead to shape how Mojang Studios measures, optimizes, and grows the impact of its marketing investments. You will partner closely with Marketing and Data Science teams to develop measurement strategies, evaluate marketing performance, and identify opportunities to drive player acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.

This role combines marketing analytics, business intelligence, measurement strategy, and executive storytelling to connect campaign performance with player and business outcomes. You will develop scalable reporting, trusted measurement frameworks, and AI-enabled analytics capabilities that help teams make faster, more informed decisions.

** Responsibilities*
* + Partner with Marketing leaders to define success metrics, measurement plans, and key performance indicators for campaigns, channels, and strategic initiatives.

+ Develop and maintain executive scorecards, dashboards, and reporting solutions that provide a trusted view of marketing performance.

+ Analyze campaign, channel, and player behavior data to uncover actionable insights and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.

+ Translate complex marketing and player data into clear recommendations that influence planning, prioritization, and investment decisions.

+ Partner with Data Science teams to evaluate marketing performance, understand key business drivers, and measure the impact of marketing initiatives.

+ Establish consistent metrics, reporting standards, and measurement frameworks that improve trust and alignment across marketing reporting.

+ Deliver recurring business reviews and performance narratives that connect marketing activity to player engagement and business outcomes.

+ Evaluate emerging analytics and AI capabilities that improve reporting, insight generation, and access to data-driven decision making.

* + Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis

+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis

+ OR equivalent experience.
