Logistics Coordination, Inventory Control & Analysis
Responsibilities
- Support demand and supply planning process design, testing, and operationalization for materials and labor requirements.
- Participate in Gap Analysis activities and drive continuous improvement in data quality, signal fidelity, and supply chain readiness.
- Develop and maintain planning analytics and dashboards.
- Support AI cooling equipment demand planning and execution readiness.
- Support CE Spares planning initiatives.
- Assist with fuel planning processes and forecasting.
- Drive planning data quality, reporting, and governance.
- Coordinate across Planning, Logistics, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain planning capabilities, business processes, and systems.
- Execute assigned work streams associated with planning process improvements and supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Create reporting, business reviews, and planning process documentation.
- 5-7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials.
- Experience with ERP/MRP planning systems such as SAP IBP, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience creating automated reporting, dashboards, and planning analytics.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with in technology, manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, or data center environments is preferred.
- Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
This position offers a hybrid work environment where you will be required to work onsite 3 days a week at Studio C in Redmond, WA. You will follow a standard Monday to Friday schedule, working 40 hours a week with no expected overtime. You will be provided with standard equipment such as a laptop, mouse, and headset. The role offers exposure to cutting‑edge AI cooling and infrastructure planning initiatives and the opportunity to influence supply chain planning transformation and next‑generation planning capabilities.
This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
