• Receive and inspect returned products from customers
• Document inventory accurately using inventory management systems
• Prepare and ship replacement products throughout the U.S. and internationally
• Partner with shipping carriers on customs, claims, and delivery issues
• Keep customers and internal teams updated through ticketing systems
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels
• Help deliver an exceptional experience for fans by ensuring products are returned and replaced quickly and accurately

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Shipping, receiving, inventory, warehouse, retail operations, or logistics experience is a plus—but we're willing to train someone with the right attitude
• Experience with inventory systems or ticketing tools is a bonus
