Engineering Support Specialist
The Engineering Support Specialist supports engineering and development programs by managing material planning, procurement coordination, supplier follow-up, and inventory activities. This role works closely with engineers, buyers, and suppliers to ensure materials are available to meet program schedules. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced with SAP.
Responsibilities
- Manage materials required for engineering and new development programs.
- Create purchase requisitions and coordinate with buyers and suppliers.
- Track orders, monitor inventory, and maintain accurate SAP records.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Support engineering teams by coordinating material availability and resolving supply issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years of experience in material management, purchasing support, inventory control, engineering support, or a related field.
- SAP experience required; global purchasing experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Timekeeping Worker will utilize TWB for weekly time reporting. Supplier should register in Fieldglass on behalf of worker as he/she will not need access to this system.
