Responsibilities Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) execution across key program milestones, ensuring readiness throughout the silicon development and manufacturing lifecycle.

Develop and execute silicon supply chain strategies, including business models, capacity planning, capital investment planning, and supply readiness to support product launches and manufacturing scale-up.

Perform scenario planning and risk analysis to evaluate supply chain tradeoffs, identify constraints, and support data-driven decision making. Drive capital, material, and equipment planning to support manufacturing ramp, long-term growth, and operational readiness.

Manage program execution by tracking milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and overall program health, while providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Partner with suppliers to support onboarding, integration, manufacturing readiness, and deployment activities required for high-volume production.'Develop reporting, metrics, and analytical insights to identify risks, bottlenecks, opportunities, and process improvements across the supply chain.

Drive alignment and resolution of critical design, operational, and supply chain decisions impacting product delivery, manufacturing readiness, or engineering execution.

Lead cross-functional work streams across engineering, sourcing, operations, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure successful execution against program objectives.
