The Role & Growth PlanWe’re looking for a hands‑on General Manager – New Concept to oversee day‑to‑day operations and help establish the foundation for future locations. This role is designed to grow with the brand. Starting on the floor leading our first team and evolving into Director of Operations position as we scale. Join us at the beginning and help drive our success!
Responsibilities (Phase 1 – Single Location)- Run all daily operations at our stand‑up steak location
- Hire, train, and manage a small, high‑performing team
- Coach and inspire team members, fostering a positive, inclusive, and accountable workplace culture
- Identify high‑potential employees and mentor them into supervisory or management positions as part of a succession plan
- Ensure excellence in food quality, speed of service, and guest experience
- Oversee scheduling, labor, inventory, and ordering
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
- Represent the brand as the face of the shop
- Help develop SOPs, training systems, and operational playbooks
- Support new location openings and manager training
- Contribute to brand standards, culture, and guest experience
- Grow into a multi‑unit or brand‑level management role
- Hospitality operator who thrives in fast‑paced, small teams
- Comfortable being hands‑on now and strategic later
- Strong leader who can coach, motivate, and set standards
- Excited by early‑stage brands and building something from scratch
The starting salary range for this position is between $85,000 - $92,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
