The Process Lead is the overall engagement owner responsible for successful transition, stabilization, and operation of Product Launch Operations. This role owns delivery outcomes across all work streams and ensures consistent execution, governance, documentation, and continuous improvement.

• Own end‑to‑end delivery across Release Management, Consumption, Subscription, Meter Minting, Regional Launches, Promotions, and IcM
• Lead transition from incumbent vendor with zero disruption to in‑flight launches
• Establish operating cadence, governance model, escalation paths, and success metrics
• Ensure full process documentation, ownership clarity, and risk mitigation
• Act as executive escalation point for stakeholders
• Drive operational efficiency, predictability, and reduction of manual processes

• 10+ years program or operations leadership experience
• Proven success taking over complex, high‑risk operational programs mid‑flight
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
• Background in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise product launch operations preferred

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance.
