Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Construction Project Manager. This role involves coordinating and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to work directly with our company as a contractor.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • PMI or PMP certification.
  • Data Center experience ..
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and effective distribution methods.
  • Familiarity with business and management principles, including strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency with computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
Preferred

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in a related field.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to achieve goals and directing technical activities.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.
  • Recruit and manage staff, overseeing their development and performance.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Review and approve contracts and cost estimates.
