Job Summary:

The Business Program Manager will drive operational excellence and strategic alignment across key initiatives within the Device Partner Sales team, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.

Responsibilities:

• PMO Intake & Prioritization:
Manage the centralized intake process for business initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and readiness for execution.

• Capacity & Resource Planning:
Partner with stakeholders to assess and align resource capacity with fiscal year planning cycles and evolving business needs.

• Program Governance & Reporting:
Support governance frameworks, including milestone tracking, risk management, and executive reporting for PMO-led initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Facilitate coordination across business, engineering, and partner teams to drive clarity, accountability, and timely decision-making.

• Process Optimization:
Identify and implement improvements to PMO processes, tools, and rhythms to enhance efficiency and transparency.

• Support Strategic Initiatives:
Contribute to the planning and execution of strategic programs and special projects as prioritized by the PMO.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.

• 2+ years financial analysis or accounting experience

Preferred:

• Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.

• 4+ years in delivering operational and financial outcomes through structured program leadership.

• 4+ years in leading multi-year planning efforts, integrating product roadmaps, and aligning portfolio strategies with business objectives.

• Expertise with enterprise planning tools and reporting platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic alignment and executive engagement across cross-functional teams.

• Adept at consultative communication and executive-level engagement, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for partner success.

• Embraces ambiguity with a mindset focused on continuous learning, innovation, and leading through change.
