Job Summary

Aerospace Program Manager to lead the coordination and completion of projects within the aerospace sector. The role involves overseeing all aspects of projects including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and preparing progress reports for upper management. This position requires at least 7 years of experience in the field or a related area and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment leading and directing the work of others.

Pay Range: $95- $100 Per Hour

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and management to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, and implement necessary adjustments.
• Foster effective team collaboration and leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee aerospace testing and design requirements to ensure project specifications are met.
• Report to upper management regarding project status, milestones achieved, and potential challenges.

• Extensive experience in aerospace project management.
• Strong capability in risk management and schedule management.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive team collaboration.

• Prior aerospace industry knowledge and experience with aerospace testing, design requirements, and electromechanical assemblies are essential for this role.
