** Overview*
* Microsoft's Acquisition and Venture Success Total Rewards (MAVS TR) team enables successful acquisitions, divestitures, strategic talent events, and other complex transactions by designing and delivering end-to-end Total Rewards strategies. The team brings together compensation, equity, benefits, retention, and integration expertise to support Microsoft's growth and help employees transition successfully into, within, or out of the company.
As Senior Director, Head of MAVS Total Rewards, you will lead the team responsible for shaping and executing Microsoft's global Total Rewards strategy across acquisitions and other high-impact transactions.
