The City of Redmond is seeking a Community Health Manager to supervise the Homeless Outreach Team within the THRIVE:
Community Health Program. You will lead cross-department coordination with Planning, Police, Fire, and external partners to deliver coordinated crisis response and housing assistance.
Responsibilities include guiding staff, developing care plans, tracking outcomes, maintaining resources, and reporting to City leadership.
