Fully Remote (Any U.S. time zone except Hawaii)
Duration: 17 Months
Schedule:
40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate Range: $25 to $29
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials and work according to production and delivery schedules
- Review and distribute production, work, and shipment schedules
- Compile and maintain reports on inventory levels and material usage
- Examine documents and materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
- Record production and inventory data such as material consumption and quality metrics
- Requisition and maintain necessary inventory levels to support operational demands
- Disqualifier
- Candidates with excessively senior or advanced experience may not be a fit
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle high-volume, repetitive data entry with strong attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with SAP (nice to have)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2–4 years of related experience in data entry, inventory, supply chain, or administrative support
