We’re looking for a hands‑on Project Manager with strong experience in hardware, prototype manufacturing, vendor coordination, and shop‑floor operations. This role supports two mission‑critical functions:
Vendor Management & Project Outsourcing and Work Management & Fulfillment, ensuring precision prototype parts are built, inspected, and delivered on time.
If you enjoy orchestrating multiple technical projects, working closely with vendors, inspecting parts, and supporting fast‑moving hardware teams, this role is for you.
Required Qualifications- 1–2 years in manufacturing operations, prototype shops, supply chain, or technical vendor management
- Direct hardware or prototype manufacturing experience is non‑negotiable
- Ability to read technical drawings, basic GD&T, tolerances
- Skilled with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Experience with order management systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on a shop floor
- Strong multi‑tasking, organization, and attention to detail
CNC machining or prototype shop experience (milling, turning, grinding)
Knowledge of 3D printing (FDM, SLA, SLS) and post‑processing
Familiarity with ERP/MRP/job tracking systems
Understanding of packaging/shipping for precision parts
Exposure to CAT tools or design/CAD software
Hands‑on inspection and measurement experience beyond basics
