PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA' E RESPONSABILITA’
- Pianificazione della produzione interna e presso terzisti/fornitori esterni
- Definizione e aggiornamento di piani di produzione a breve e medio termine
- Analisi della capacità produttiva, saturazione, colli di bottiglia e criticità
- Monitoraggio avanzamento produzione, gestione priorità e ripianificazioni
- Coordinamento operativo con produzione, acquisti, logistica e fornitori
- Gestione dei fabbisogni materiali (in collaborazione con acquisti)
- Creazione e manutenzione di report operativi e strumenti di controllo (Excel)
- Supporto al miglioramento dei processi (tempi, flussi, metodo, standard)
- Raccolta e analisi KPI di produzione (efficienza, lead time, scarti, rispetto consegne)
