Job Title:
Electronics Assembler
The Electronics Assembler performs mechanical, optical, and electrical assembly and test operations under moderate supervision. The role requires adherence to established company standards.
Responsibilities- Perform basic testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet specifications.
- Collaborate with the team to fulfill all assembly requirements.
- Experience in microscope assembly and electronic assembly.
- Ability to comprehend work instructions in English.
- 6+ months of small part electronic assembly experience, preferably soldering under a microscope.
- Knowledge of optical assemblies, lenses, and ITAR regulations.
- Familiarity with IPC standards and ISO 9001 standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with optics and lenses is advantageous.
- Experience with ESD control is beneficial.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally.
- Capability to stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, walk, sit, talk, and use hands to finger, feel, and handle.
- Visual acuity for close‑up and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
