Job Description
As an Assembler Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling and testing various components and products in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. You will work as part of a team to ensure the efficient and accurate assembly of products. You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA location.
In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring the quality and timely completion of assemblies, contributing to the overall success of our aerospace products.
- Shift: B shift Mon‑Thu (3 pm – 2 am)
- Hourly pay range: $24.04 to $30.10
- Assemble and test components and products according to engineering drawings and work instructions
- Inspect and verify the accuracy of assembled products
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

YOU MUST HAVE- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience
- English fluency – speaking, reading, writing
- Comfort and ability to utilize a microscope
- Experience using precision hand tools and assembly while working under a microscope
- Ability and comfort working in a cleanroom
- Technical degree (not required) or technical background
- Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity
- Experience using precision hand tools
- Electrostatic discharge device experience
- Computer literacy
- Ability to analyze information and concepts
- Ability to collaborate with others and work independently
- Ability to identify key details
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Creative thinking and idea generation
- Ability to communicate information clearly
