Manufacturing Technician

Talascend is currently seeking a Manufacturing Technician for a contract opportunity with our client in Redmond, Washington
.

The manufacturing technician will assemble, inspect, and support the production of aerospace components in a cleanroom environment, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

• Operate assigned equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Support the operating system.
• Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness.
• Comply with safety rules.
• Record and report production data.
• Analyze data and production reports.
• Set up and change over equipment.
• Assembly and test components and products according to engineering drawings and work instructions.

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience (2-3+ year tenure) within the past 5 years.
• English fluency – speaking, reading, writing.
• Computer literacy.
• Comfort and ability working in a cleanroom environment.
• Comfort and ability to utilize a microscope.
• Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity.

Background Check and Drug Screen may be required.
