Production Team Member
Pay Rate: $22 to $37 per hour (plus 15% shift differential for 2nd shift)
Location: Redmond, WA
Available Shifts- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Join a dynamic and fast‑paced production team with Redmond & Woodinville locations.
Responsibilities- Build mechanical sub‑assemblies and final assemblies for satellite products according to established procedures and specifications.
- Use various tools, including automated and manual torque wrenches, hand tools, and power tools, to assemble and secure components.
- Read and follow written procedures, work instructions, and specifications with close attention to detail.
Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude; experience working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment (production floor, fast food, oil change companies, etc).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures, specifications, and test instructions accurately.
- Willingness and ability to work 10–30 hours of overtime each week as needed.
- Stable work history with strong job tenure.
- Comfort performing repetitive production and assembly tasks while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a fast‑paced production setting focused on building and testing satellite assemblies. Team members work with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and automated and manual torque wrenches while following detailed procedures, specifications, and test instructions. The role involves standing for extended periods, performing repetitive assembly tasks, and collaborating closely with other production staff to meet schedule and quality goals.
Overtime is a regular part of the schedule, with an expectation of working between 10 and 30 additional hours per week depending on production needs. The environment emphasizes safety, precision, and continuous learning through structured on‑the‑job training.
This is a permanent position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $45,760.00 – $62,400.00 per year. Benefits include direct placement opportunity, privately traded stock, company‑paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, 10 company holidays, PTO, overtime, and on‑the‑job training.
