Join Us as an Aerospace Assembler

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer to hire detail‑driven Assemblers ready to play a hands‑on role in producing high‑quality aerospace components. Your craftsmanship and focus will directly support products that demand the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Shifts
  • 2nd Shift (5x8 Evenings) – Monday‑Friday, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
  • B Shift (4x10 Nights – Modified 2nd Shift) – Monday – Thursday, 3:00 pm – 2:00 am
Compensation & Bonus
  • Pay Rate: $27.32 /hour
  • Subcontractor Bonus Program – Earn up to $3,000!
  • $1,000 at 30 days
  • $1,000 at 60 days
  • $1,000 at 90 days
  • Total potential bonus: $3,000
What You’ll Do Every Day
  • Assemble and inspect components and products to ensure the highest quality standards
  • Set up, operate, monitor, and change over production equipment
  • Use microscopes for extended periods while handling small, intricate parts
  • Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and travelers
  • Record, analyze, and report production and quality data
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
  • Comply with all safety rules and cleanroom protocols
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and production
  • Support the Operating System and site operational goals
What You Must Have
  • English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Computer literacy
  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience (within the past 5 years; 2–3+ year tenure preferred)
  • Comfort and ability working in a cleanroom environment, including wearing a full body suit, face mask, eye protection, gloves, and anti‑static bracelet
  • Comfort using a microscope for hours at a time
  • Strong hand‑eye coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity

  • Ability to read blueprints, travelers, or technical documentation
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Requirements
  • Ability to pass a drug test including for THC/Background check
  • Must be able to provide current non‑expired documents of U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Persons or U.S. Resident
