Manufacturing Associate II - Redmond, WA (Downstream Purification)

Just Evotec Biologics is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Associate II to join our Redmond, WA site for downstream purification. This role involves commercial manufacturing of mammalian cell‑based biotherapeutics under cGMP conditions.

• Perform and monitor critical processes such as single‑use bioreactor operations, perfusion, chromatography, product filtration, and solution preparation.
• Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the facility.
• Initiate non‑conformances (NCs) and execute Electronic Batch Records (E ) using the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Draft and revise manufacturing procedures and SOPs as necessary.
• Assist with operations of glasswasher and autoclave.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Day shift, swing shift and night shift operating 24hrs a day. Swing shift – Wednesday to Saturday, 12:00PM to 11:00PM.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, or Associate’s degree in a science‑related area with relevant experience, or high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong focus on “right the first time” and attention to detail.
• Effective task/time‑management and organizational skills.
• Capacity to develop solutions to technical issues of moderate scope.
• Ability to organize, analyze, interpret, and effectively communicate results.
• Self‑starter with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent interpersonal, team, and communication skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Base pay range: $28.00 – $36.00 hourly.
