Assembler - Level 3

Job Description

In this role, you will impact the aerospace industry by assembling and testing high-quality components and systems that meet rigorous aviation standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to safe and efficient aircraft operation.

• Assemble and test complex aerospace components and systems
• Follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings
• Inspect and verify the quality of assembled products
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace assembly or a related field
• ESD certification
• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
• Experience with precision measuring tools and equipment—torque drivers

• Associate’s degree in a technical field
• Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

1st shift Mon–Thur (5:00 am–4:00 pm)

Hourly rate: $26.44 / hr to $33.08 / hr (general guideline; final offer based on experience, education, skills and market conditions).
