Education:

High School Diploma

Required Experience/

Skills:

Minimum 6 months of assembly or manufacturing experience

Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity

Ability to follow work instructions, SOPs, and visual aids

Basic mechanical aptitude and strong hand-eye coordination

Experience using hand tools, power tools, and small assembly equipment

Ability to read and understand production documents, labels, and work orders

Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

Ability to identify defects and non-conforming materials

Understanding of quality standards, documentation requirements, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

Experience with material scanning, traceability, and standardized work processes

Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements

Ability to identify and report safety hazards

Safe material handling and ergonomic work practices

Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Assembler

Job Duties:

Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and electrical/electronic systems

Build subassemblies, assemblies, and complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and other equipment

Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet specifications and tolerances

Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and operational requirements are met

Repair or rework units that fail to meet quality or performance standards

Follow established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and SOPs

Maintain accurate production and quality documentation

Support one-piece flow manufacturing and standardized work practices

Adhere to all safety guidelines and PPE requirements

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area (5S standards)
