* Primary Responsibilities:

***** Materials & Inventory Control
**** Receive parts on Purchase Orders in the ERP system, and catalog miscellaneous incoming goods.
* Perform incoming part inspection per provided inspection criteria in the PLM system, using standard inspection tools: calipers, drop gauges, Go/No Go
* gauges, etc.
* Create non-conforming material reports for discrepant material.
* Assist with unloading trucks as needed.
* Record and deliver miscellaneous receipts to the specified recipient
* Replenish inventory to support the production line.
* Assist in inventory counts and cycle count activities.
* Manage consumable inventory, including chemical expiration dates.
* Assist with receipt and decontamination of devices returned from the field
** Secondary Responsibilities:
***** Logistics
* *** Package finished goods for shipment to customers
* Package and prepare miscellaneous shipments.
* Create domestic and international shipments through Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, Freight, and other forwarders.
* Evaluate shipments to determine packaging specifications and appropriate shipment method.
* Ability to use hand trucks and pallet jacks, and other lifting equipment.
* Coordinate pick-up and delivery directly with forwarders.
* Create packing slips in the ERP system.
** General Responsibilities
*** Help to implement and maintain LEAN initiatives, including Visual Factory, 5S, Kanban, and Continuous Improvement.
* Ensure safety, organization, and cleanliness of the facility.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace.## Qualifications
*
* Minimum Requirements:

*** High School Diploma.
* 2 years of experience with receiving/shipping/logistics, material handling, or inventory control.
