Production Manager
Job Description
As an ISC Production Supervisor at Honeywell, you will oversee the production operations within our Integrated Supply Chain team, ensuring that we meet our manufacturing goals while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You will report directly to our Senior ISC Operations Manager, and you’ll work out of our Redmond, WA location.
Work ScheduleShift B hours will be 3:00 pm to 1:30 am, Monday through Thursday. Hours are subject to change depending on business needs.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily production activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Implement and monitor production schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet changing demands and priorities.
- 5 plus years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools to optimize operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the aerospace industry is highly desired.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
The annual base salary range for this position is $90,400 - $112,900. Salary information is a general guideline. Honeywell considers factors such as scope of responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market and business considerations when extending an offer.
