Are you a skilled CNC machinist with a passion for precision and innovation? We’re seeking an experienced professional with strong 5‑axis machining expertise and hands‑on CAM programming skills to join our state‑of‑the‑art Redmond facility.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to operate advanced machinery, program complex parts, and bring high‑precision components to life. The ideal candidate thrives on technical challenges, quality craftsmanship, and continuous improvement, confidently balancing both machine operation and CAM programming responsibilities.

• Operate and program 5‑axis CNC machines to create precision, prototype, and one‑off components
• Develop and optimize CAM programs in Siemens NX for complex, multi‑axis machining
• Translate 3D models and technical drawings into innovative machining strategies
• Choose the right tools and cutting parameters to balance quality, speed, and efficiency
• Perform in‑process inspections and adjust setups for flawless results
• Troubleshoot machining challenges and implement quick, effective solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and prototyping teams on new product development
• Tackle daily hands‑on challenges in a fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environment

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in 5‑axis CNC machining
• Proficiency in CAM programming, specifically with Siemens NX
• Strong blueprint reading skills, including GD&T
• Experience in aerospace or satellite component manufacturing is a plus!
