Sr. ISC Production Supervisor - Weekday Nights

Job Description

As a Sr ISC Production Supervisor at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee production operations within the integrated supply chain, ensuring efficient and high‑quality manufacturing processes. You will drive operational excellence by coordinating production schedules, managing teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to meet business goals. This role reports directly to Site Leadership and is based on site in Redmond, WA with an on‑site work schedule.

Weekend Days – Friday to Sunday, 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (flexible)

• Supervise daily production activities ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Lead and develop production team members to enhance performance and engagement.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.

• Experience in production supervision within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in managing production schedules, team leadership, and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or integrated supply chain production environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with a focus on operational excellence.
• Experience driving team engagement and fostering an inclusive work culture.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in production settings.
