Position: Material Handling I Lead I A-Shift (Mon-Thurs 5am-3:30am)

Position Overview

Work for one of the fastest growing companies in Central Oregon, building state‑of‑the‑art commercial HVAC systems. We are currently hiring entry‑level assemblers to support our production operations and help launch a career in manufacturing.

Responsibilities
  • Work on a fast‑paced assembly line, rotating between assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping stations.
  • Inspect materials, products, and equipment to identify defects or malfunctions.
  • Read and analyze charts, work orders, and production schedules to determine production requirements and evaluate current production estimates.
  • Maintain accurate production records and assist with record‑keeping of employee attendance and hours worked.
  • Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers, including inspectors, machine setters, and assemblers.
  • Conduct employee training in equipment operations and safety procedures.
  • Enforce rules and regulations to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and peers to resolve production problems and maintain quality standards.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Strong communication, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot or cold temperatures for extended periods.
