Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
Job Summary:
We are hiring an Aerospace Assembler / Soldering Technician to support the assembly, repair, and testing of aerospace electronic components. This role is ideal for candidates with soldering experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
Responsibilities:
- Perform soldering, assembly, and repair of electronic components
- Assemble and troubleshoot circuit boards and control panels
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Conduct quality inspections and testing
- Support training and development of new team members
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory
Requirements:
- Soldering and electronic assembly experience
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
- Experience with hand tools and measuring instruments
- Basic computer skills (Word and Excel)
- Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Strong communication and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Aerospace industry experience
- IPC certifications
- Microscope soldering experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.90/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
