Hiring Entry Level Assemblers / Production Specialists – Redmond, WA
Pay: $23–25/hr ($25.13/hr available depending on position)
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM + Overtime on Fridays
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Location: Redmond, WA
We are hiring entry‑level assemblers, production workers, and assembly technicians to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, learn valuable manufacturing skills, and build a long‑term career. Training is provided and there are opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities- Assemble mechanical components and equipment
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Rotate between assembly, production, and material handling tasks
- Support inventory movement and material staging
- Maintain accurate production records
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience
- Experience using hand or power tools
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience reading measurements or performing basic inspections

Work in a fast‑paced manufacturing facility with assembly lines, production workstations, and warehouse operations. PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel‑toe shoes, is required.
