Harris Aerojet Rocketdyne is seeking a Specialist Production Planner (Liaison) to join our Scheduling & Material Planning Center of Excellence in our Redmond, Washington facility. You will support design and manufacturing of rocket engines and unique power systems that enable space exploration and national defense.

• Organize and coordinate work of individuals and/or project teams; manage all aspects of assigned projects in one or more operations supporting production activities such as planning, scheduling, material and tool planning and control, production control, shipping, receiving, warehousing and/or transportation; perform short‑and‑long‑range planning for assigned functional areas and implement approved plans.
• Coordinate manufacturing resource groups using dispatch reports.
• Act as a liaison between operations and cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Operations).
• Facilitate clear and timely communication to ensure smooth product workflow.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress and address bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain capacity planning models for accurate work‑center throughput expectations.
• Analyze production data to forecast future capacity needs and adjust plans.
• Ensure dispatch reports reflect accurate production status and capacity utilization.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience; or graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; or in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and direct activities for the organization.
• Interest in the status and tracking of hardware processes.
• Familiarity or experience with inventory management principles.
• Experience using Qlik application, Oracle, and Delmia systems preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with cross‑functional and cross‑site teams.

• Salary range (California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C., Denver, or NYC areas): $60,000 – $112,000. Final offer will depend on experience and geographic location.
