Pay: $27–31/hr

Shift: 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Mon–Thurs) + OT on Fridays

Job Summary:

We are seeking Welders / Welding Specialists with technical welding training or at least 1 year of MIG welding experience. Join a fast-paced manufacturing team focused on quality, safety, and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on steel components and weldments
• Load and unload parts into welding fixtures
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine weld requirements
• Verify weld sizes, lengths, and measurements
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• Technical welding schooling or 1+ year of MIG welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Experience setting up and operating welding equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be able to pass a weld test

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing and warehouse setting
• Designated weld cells
• Standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting throughout a 10-hour shift

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.82 - $26.82/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
