Location: 11811 Willows Rd NE, Redmond, WA
Shift
:
Monday – Thursday 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
As a Biomedical Technician, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair company products at a dedicated service center to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. You'll resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system issues, perform testing and calibration, document repair findings, and collaborate with field technicians to identify product trends and support continuous improvement.
What You Will Do:- Test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic components, sub-assemblies, and instruments following established procedures and quality standards.
- Perform root cause analysis on technical issues and collaborate with Engineering to resolve complex product failures.
- Repair products to the component level when required to restore functionality and performance.
- Follow process documentation, test procedures, engineering drawings, and workmanship specifications to ensure accurate repairs.
- Inspect completed work, identify quality improvement opportunities, and support continuous process improvements.
- Maintain, verify, and document the calibration and operation of test equipment to ensure compliance with calibration requirements.
- Accurately document repairs, test results, maintenance activities, and product failures in company systems and reports.
- Provide technical support to production teams, assist with training, and contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs) while supporting cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as an Electronic Technician or in a related technical role
- Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electronic systems and components
- Knowledge of electronic testing practices, processes, and the operation of electronic test equipment
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using business or manufacturing computer systems
- Associate's degree in Electronics
- Military technical training or equivalent hands-on technical experience
$24.82 - $33.58 USD Hourly
