We’re hiring Production Workers, Assemblers, Manufacturing Associates, and Production Associates for a growing production team in Redmond, WA. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to break into manufacturing, learn valuable hands‑on skills, and build a long-term career.

No prior manufacturing experience is required. Paid training is provided, and there are opportunities to advance into higher‑level assembly and production roles.

• Assemble products, components, and sub‑assemblies
• Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools
• Follow work instructions and quality standards
• Rotate between assembly and production workstations
• Read measurements and complete basic production documentation
• Inspect products and identify quality concerns
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Support production goals and team objectives

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
• Experience using hand tools, pneumatic tools, or power tools
• Mechanical aptitude or experience working with equipment

• $25.13/hr starting pay

Manufacturing and warehouse environment with active production operations. Employees are required to wear PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel‑toe boots. This role involves standing, walking, lifting, and performing hands‑on assembly work throughout the shift.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

The pay range for this position is $25.13 – $25.13/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
