Hiring Entry Level Assemblers/Production Specialist in Redmond, WA!

Shift: 5AM - 4PM (Mon-Thurs) & OT on Friday

Pay: $25/hr

We're hiring Production Workers and Assemblers to support a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start working quickly, learn hands-on skills, and build a long-term career. You'll receive training and have the chance to grow into higher-level assembly and production roles while working consistent hours with frequent overtime available.

What You'll Do

• Assemble parts and equipment following instructions and quality standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively
• Perform sub-assemblies and multi-step builds within required time frames
• Rotate across workstations and develop proficiency throughout the production line
• Read basic blueprints and schematics (advanced levels will expand this skill)
• Identify and report quality or production issues
• Record measurements and production data accurately
• Follow safety, quality, and continuous improvement processes
• Move and handle materials, parts, and finished goods
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Support team operations and assist with training at higher skill levels

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting 20–50 lbs regularly
• Basic math skills and ability to take measurements
• Willingness to learn (training provided)

Preferred:

• Experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse work
• Experience using hand tools or power tools
• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.13 - $25.13/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
