What You'll Do• Assemble parts and equipment following quality standards and work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively
• Complete sub-assemblies and multi-step builds within production timelines
• Rotate through different workstations and gain experience across the production line
• Learn and develop blueprint and schematic reading skills
• Inspect products, identify quality concerns, and report issues
• Record measurements and production-related information accurately
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and continuous improvement processes
• Move materials, components, and finished products as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support team operations and grow into advanced production responsibilities
What We're Looking For• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting 20-50 lbs throughout the shift
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Preferred Experience• Manufacturing or production experience
• Assembly or warehouse experience
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience

Job Type & Location
This is a contract to hire position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.13 - $25.13/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
