Machine Operator / Production Associate

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay: 26.71/hr + Overtime (1.5x Pay)

Schedules Available:

• Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM + Overtime Available on Fridays

• Night Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM + Overtime Available on Fridays

• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 4:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We're hiring Machine Operators and Production Associates to support fabrication and manufacturing operations in Redmond, WA. This role involves operating production equipment, reading blueprints, performing quality inspections, and supporting manufacturing processes in a fast-paced production environment.

Candidates with experience in machine operation, fabrication, manufacturing, CNC equipment, production, or mechanical assembly are encouraged to apply.

• Operate fabrication machinery and production equipment

• Read blueprints, production drawings, and work instructions

• Monitor machine performance and perform basic adjustments

• Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools

• Perform quality inspections and verify product specifications

• Load materials and support production operations

• Maintain a safe, organized work area

• Manufacturing, fabrication, production, or machine operating experience
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to follow technical instructions and production standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Fabrication or machine operating experience
• Blueprint reading experience
• Experience with CNC equipment, press machines, laser equipment, or similar manufacturing machinery
• Forklift experience

Manufacturing and warehouse environment with active production operations. PPE is required, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe boots.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

The pay range for this position is $26.71 - $26.71/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Redmond, WA.
