We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join a specialized customer engagement program, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for strategic enterprise customers. About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of multi-day, executive-facing virtual conferences and other critical customer engagement initiatives. You will work closely with internal program managers to ensure every detail is meticulously managed, from initial concept to post-event analysis. Your expertise will guarantee a seamless and memorable experience for customers, speakers, and internal teams alike, directly contributing to the success of a vital customer engagement R&D program within a key division focusing on customer experiences and innovative solutions.

Key Contributions & Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with internal program managers to own the end-to-end logistics, coordination, and operational execution of complex virtual events.
  • Ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for strategic enterprise customers, speakers, and internal stakeholders throughout all event phases.
  • Support the comprehensive planning and execution of multi-day, executive-facing virtual conferences.
  • Manage all aspects of event wrap-up, including post-event support, comprehensive write-ups, and thorough documentation.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and various internal teams involved in innovative solutions and platforms to align event objectives and outcomes.

Must-Have

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience running complex virtual events.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • A proactive mindset, consistently anticipating issues and developing solutions before they arise.
  • Strong documentation experience, ensuring clear and comprehensive records of event processes and outcomes.

Nice-to-Have

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing events within a large enterprise environment.
