Product Marketing Manager, Windows Agentic OS Platform

Overview

We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager, Windows Agentic OS Platform to help evolve Windows into the most secure platform for agents and computer-use agents (CUAs). This team is at the forefront of infusing AI and agentic capabilities deeply into the Windows operating system and developer platform, pushing boundaries on what it means to build adaptive, intelligent, and secure user experiences at scale and drive developer adoption of the Windows platform.

You will translate complex technical capabilities into simple, clear value propositions to enable marketing, sales, and PR partners to deliver compelling customer-driven stories. Collaboration is vital across Engineering, Marketing, User Research, and Data Science to drive impact."

• Develop product-market fit, value proposition, and product differentiation to drive local Agentic interactions on Windows and increase developer willingness to adopt the Windows platform.
• Drive market research to understand developer needs and partner with Product Management/Engineering to shape the platform roadmap and feature prioritization for Agentic capabilities.
• Understand competitor strengths and weaknesses, and Microsoft’s positioning.
• Share insights to interpret opportunities and risks.
• Leverage market intelligence, customer data, and telemetry data to identify opportunities and define strategies for customer usage, adoption, and retention of new experiences.
• Develop value pillars, proof points, robust GTM strategies, launch plans, and customer-facing pitches to enable the sales team to drive awareness and adoption of Windows Agentic platform.
• Collect, analyze, and report product and performance metrics against established Objectives and Key Results and business outcomes; derive insights and growth strategies to close gaps.
• Embody Microsoft culture and values, contributing to an inclusive work environment.

Required/minimum qualifications

• Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year of experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/Machine Learning, commercial, or privacy-preserving user experiences.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
