We are seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help build awareness and accelerate growth for an innovative technology platform serving high-end public sector clients. This is an opportunity to shape and execute a focused growth marketing strategy across paid, organic, and emerging B2B channels.
In this freelance role, you will assess current marketing efforts, recommend where to invest, and turn strategy into measurable campaigns that drive demos, sign-ups, and lasting brand visibility. You will partner closely with the team in Redmond to gather subject-matter insights, brainstorm content, and refine messaging for a public-sector audience.
What You'll Do- Develop and execute a practical growth marketing strategy across paid and organic channels.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and analyze Linked In advertising campaigns.
- Create and manage organic social content that builds credibility and engagement.
- Evaluate channel performance, audience response, and campaign ROI to guide investment decisions.
- Explore and support B2B influencer marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to turn platform capabilities and customer needs into compelling content.
- Recommend content themes, campaign concepts, ad spend priorities, and testing approaches.
- Maintain thoughtful, accurate brand messaging appropriate for public-sector audiences.
- Hands-on growth marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience managing Linked In Ads, including campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
- Strong organic social media and content marketing experience.
- Comfort working across multiple B2B marketing channels and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Experience with influencer marketing or an interest in building an effective B2B influencer approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and sound judgment when developing messaging for a regulated or public-facing audience.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with an on-site team.
- Approximately 10 hours per week.
- Initial 3-month freelance engagement, with potential to expand based on results.
- One or two half-days per week on site in Redmond, WA, for collaboration, content gathering, and planning.
