A local farming organization is seeking interns for their Sound Vegetables Internship program in Redmond, Washington. Interns will engage in hands-on farming tasks that include pruning, transplanting, and crop inspection. This 8-12 week program focuses on developing skills in small scale agriculture with a strong emphasis on organic practices and community involvement. Interns will work approximately 12-20 hours per week, and while housing is not provided, a stipend for living expenses will be included.
