Adecco Healthcare & Life Science is working with our client to hire Travel RNs in Redmond, WA area.
This is an in‑person/on‑site role providing care in patients’ homes within the surrounding service area.
Type: 3‑month contract (with possibility of extension)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $50–$56/hour, depending on experience
Coverage Areas: Redmond/Bellevue area, including Kenmore, Renton, and Sammamish
Mileage: Mileage reimbursed
Primary Responsibilities- Provide patient care in the home for home health patients in the field.
- Manage patient cases and follow the care plan for each patient.
- Perform skilled nursing tasks such as wound care.
- Provide catheter care and maintenance as needed.
- Teach patients and families about their disease process and how to manage it at home.
- Educate patients on medications, including how to take them safely and correctly.
- Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the care team or physician.
- Document all care, updates, and patient progress in the EMR system (Homecare Homebase if used).
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required and active in the state of practice.
- Prior home health experience required.
- Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR system strongly preferred.
- Home Health experience required.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $56.00 per hour
