Description

Be the guardian of safety and excellence in surgical care. As a Quality Assurance RN – Outpatient Surgery, you play a pivotal role in strengthening both quality assurance and infection prevention practices, ensuring every patient experience is safe, compliant, and exceptional. You will lead efforts that reduce risk, prevent infections, and elevate care standards—transforming data and oversight into real‑world improvements that protect patients and empower clinical teams.

The Quality Assurance Registered Nurse (RN) works under the direction of the Redmond ASC Medical Director and Nurse Manager, providing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of quality and system resources and processes to support the Redmond ASC and maintain compliance with regulatory agencies such as CMS, AAAHC, and DOH.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • 2 years of quality improvement nursing experience and/or 2 years of relevant experience.
  • 2 years of infection prevention experience and/or 2 years of relevant experience.
