$100K-$120k (experience based)

Mon-Fri (weekend on call)

• Management level nursing position maintaining direct contact with patients and integrating with patient care.
• Coordinate, train, schedule, and develop nursing staff teams.
• Manage continuing education of nursing staff.
• Maintain an ongoing quality assurance program.
• Assist in planning the nursing services portion of resident discharge plans.
• Lead others through actions consistent with and serve our culture.
• Participate in facility surveys by government agencies.

• Current RN license.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.
• At least 1 year of Wellness Director/Management experience.
• Service-oriented, positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Capability to organize tasks and manage multiple priorities.
