RN - NICU (Level IV) @ Swedish First Hill
This full‑time RN position in the Level IV NICU at Swedish First Hill offers 36‑hour work weeks on a rotating schedule, including 12‑hour shifts and night shifts.
$10,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible rehires and external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. This is in addition to the benefits and compensation package offered by Providence, which begins on your first day of employment.
Pay range: $48.85–$89.91 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, overtime, premiums, and bonus opportunities.

747 Broadway, Seattle, WA. Work is on‑site.
- Assess, identify nursing diagnoses, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate the patient’s plan of care to achieve goals and optimize outcomes across the continuum.
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care, partnering in care planning to promote autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs of patients.
- Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing, and other team members; facilitate formal and informal learning.
- Align practice with safety and quality: identify and correct problems, integrate evidence and best practice into nursing care, and use data to improve outcomes; treat patient, self, and environmental safety as equally important.
- Engage in professional development, practice to the top of the license within legal parameters, promote culture of inquiry, and disseminate research and evidence‑based practice.
- Lead and coordinate teams, delegate appropriately, collaborate with inter‑professional team members, and model professional behaviors as a representative of the nursing profession.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider NRP certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
