• Perform clinical anesthesia duties and oversee direct patient care.
• Manage on call responsibilities and prioritize anesthetic decisions.
• Administer anesthetic agents according to protocols and guidelines.
• Communicate patient status and anesthetic plan to the healthcare team.
• Facilitate staff coverage, assignments and break scheduling in the surgical area.
• Demonstrate leadership through committee participation, team projects, education, research and practice improvement initiatives.
• Active engagement in professional organizations and community activities.
• Partner with patients and families in anesthesia care planning.

• Minimum 2-year clinical experience as a CRNA (West Market).
• Active registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Certified registered nurse anesthetist by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) or the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required;
  Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.
• Additional credentials:
  Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) where applicable.
• Certification exam must be passed within 12 months of graduation if awaiting initial certification.
• Maintained certification per NBCRNA or AANA recertification schedule.

• Full-time, exempt position.
• Shift rotation includes day, evening, night, weekends and 1-2 holidays per year.
• Compensation: $295,568 annually + $80,000 bonus.
• Possible remote/hybrid option for shift rotation.
