Redmond and Seattle sites, with travel to Seattle.

The RoleWe’re looking for a passionate and curious Quality Risk Manager, QTR to join our team. In this role, you will provide quality oversight of the Seattle and Redmond Risk programmes, ensuring compliance with the Just Pharmaceutical Quality System (PQS) and all applicable regulations. You will partner to build, guide, and develop solutions that identify and reduce risks at the site level.
Responsibilities- Facilitate and coordinate formal risk assessments with cross‑functional groups to identify risks.
- Work with process owners and subject matter experts to define mitigations and drive risk down to acceptable levels.
- Maintain the site risk register for both Seattle and Redmond facilities.
- Communicate major risks and associated mitigation plans to senior management.
- Continue the development and improvement of the Just‑Evotec Risk Management programme.
- Mentor and train functional groups in risk management to increase organizational risk intelligence.
- Partner with internal/external collaborators, vendors, and regulatory agencies to anticipate and resolve risk and maintain GxP compliance.
- Provide onsite support in Redmond or Seattle as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, engineering, computer science, or a related life science field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in risk management within biopharmaceutical cGMP manufacturing (preferred).
- Strong problem‑solving, initiative, and project ownership skills.
- Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
- Knowledge of risk management, data integrity, industry guidelines, US & EU regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with risk analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., HACCP, HAZOP, FMEA, RRF).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex ideas simply and clearly.

- Competitive base salary of $92,400 to $135,000, discretionary bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
