Data Quality Analyst – Thai Language Specialist

Our client, a leading global technology organization, is seeking a Thai‑speaking Data Quality Analyst to support multilingual data quality initiatives. In this analytical role, you’ll review, annotate, and evaluate language data while helping drive quality improvements across global products. Job Title: Data Quality Analyst – Thai Language Specialist
Duration: 6‑Month Contract
Pay Rate: $27/hour
Location: Hybrid (Redmond, WA; Burlingame, CA; Austin, TX; or New York, NY)
Schedule: Monday/Friday remote;
Tuesday–Thursday onsite
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST

• Review, label, and annotate Thai-language data following established guidelines
• Conduct quality assurance audits on collected data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in data quality
• Develop and refine guidelines for data collection and evaluation
• Create reports summarizing findings, insights, and quality trends
• Provide structured feedback and coaching to contributors to improve overall quality
• Assist with training efforts and support ongoing knowledge‑sharing across teams

• Native or near‑native fluency in Thai (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite (Tuesday–Thursday), 2 days remote (Monday/Friday)
